Jakub Demek, born in 2003, is a center selected in the fourth round (128th overall) of the 2021 NHL Entry Draft. Standing 6'4" and weighing 203 pounds, Demek's professional progression has been significantly impacted by injuries, including shoulder surgery and multiple concussions. In 2025-26, he was limited to four regular-season games with Henderson, recording one assist.
A bruising force along the boards, Demek projects as a defensive specialist and fourth-line center. He signed a one-year, two-way contract extension in July 2026.
